Rental Rates-Poolside Beach Houses (Las Gemelas)
Casa Carrollena at Las Gemelas is a two bedroom, two bathroom home that rents for $2,000 per week during the high-season (Nov. 1 - May 31) and there is a 30% reduction in price during the low-season (Jun 1 - Oct 31). A 20% premium will be added for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Presidents Day, and Easter weeks. Check dates available for

Casa Los Amigos at Las Gemelas is a two bedroom, two bathroom home that rents for $1,800 per week during the high-season (Nov. 1 - May 31) and $1,260 during the low-season (Jun 1 - Oct 31). A 20% premium will be added for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Presidents Day, and Easter weeks. Check dates available for Los Amigos. Inquire
Casa Viviana is no longer handled by us.
Deposits
and refunds
All reservations require a deposit of 50% in order to hold the reservation.
The balance of the rental charge is due one month prior to your arrival.
If you have any questions, please discuss this with the contact for the
house you are renting.
If
you cancel a reservation and we can re-book the house, we are happy to
refund your deposit. If, however, we cannot re-rent the house, we will
not refund the deposit.
